Offering 100% Quebec wines, made from hybrid grape varieties resistant to the temperatures of our Quebec winters. Surrounded by maple groves and planted on a sandy-clay loam soil, Vignoble 1292 is established on an exceptional site for the cultivation of vines.

A 300-year-old house, an island full of history, a vineyard to discover, wines to taste. Planted with Minnesota hybrids, Vignoble Bouche-Art presently produces a white, a rose and a red, as well as a white, red and rose fortified wine.

In the Carpinteri family, respect for the environment is paramount in the vineyard. The exclusive use of organic fertilizer and the care given to our vines allow us to offer wines made from healthy grapes of high quality.

Our vineyard has its roots in a passion that has never stopped growing. And just like wine, our vineyard ages well.

After the cultivation of a few hybrids such as marshal foch, seyval, vidal and sainte-croix, we are now adding vinifera such as chardonnay and pinot gris. Climate change now allows us to bring these noble grape varieties to full maturity. Enjoy your visit!
