Domaine des 3 Moulins is a vineyard and also a 19th century Euro-Quebec archaeological site. The goal is to create a business that will be recognized by its peers for its production of quality products and a unique wine tourism center.

To maintain a biological diversity of the ecosystem, we take care of our vines by respecting the seasonal cycles and like the rarity of the small amphibian species, we produce unique wines that respect the whole process of nature.

Our wines present an oenological typicity that is very local. The terroir benefits from a microclimate favored by the temperate air currents of Lake Saint-Pierre, a fertile soil, as well as a stony subsoil which gives the wine much appreciated mineral characteristics.
