Located near Saint-Hyacinthe, the Vignoble Saint-Simon is dedicated to the eco-responsible cultivation of the vine. It produces a variety of wines as well as a grappa-style brandy.
Our wines owe their fine qualities to the rich sediments left by the passage of the Champlain Sea while the roots of the vines go deeply to draw their nutrients cobined with the unique climate that is conducive to the cultivation of vines.
