We've chosen vineyards in Prince Edward County and Niagara that have the potential to produce some of the finest cool-climate wines. Our goal is to craft wines that truly reflect the unique qualities of these special sites.

With minimal intervention during the winemaking process, our wines develop naturally; yielding a product that is true to its varietal character offering a bounty of flavours and textures that are indicative to this wonderfully unique wine growing region.
